2. Pursuant to order dated 13.08.2019, the Principal Secretary, Rural Development Department, Government of Bihar; the Collector, Rohtas as also the Block Development Officer, Chenari are present. The reason why they were called is recorded in the order dated 13.08.2019.

3. Today, the Court was informed that the matter does not relate to Rural Development Department as the direction of

Patna High Court MJC No.44 of 2017 dt.06-09-2019 2/3 the Court was to be complied with by the Rural Works Department. However, the Principal Secretary, Rural Development Department submitted that on being aware of the order, he personally contacted the Principal Secretary of the Rural Works Department and the matter has been taken to its logical conclusion.

4. The Court appreciates the conduct of the Principal Secretary, Rural Development Department in taking interest and communicating it to his counterpart in the Rural Works Department for ensuring compliance of the order.

5. Coming to the merits of the matter, from the pleadings and materials on record, it transpires that after the order dated 13.08.2019, payments have been made in favour of the petitioners of Rs. 25,66,240/- and perpetual lease deed has also been registered on 28.08.2019, after the amount having been received by the petitioners.

6. The same is not denied by learned counsel for the petitioners.

7. In view thereof, the order dated 30.07.2010 passed in CWJC No. 447 of 2009, having been complied with, the application stands disposed off.
