In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019 registered for offences under sections 302, 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
As per First Information Report, the marriage of the deceased girl was solemnized with one Kallu Ram @ Dheeraj, later on, she was found dead in the Banswadi covered with straw at a distance of 500 meter from the house.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has drawn attention of this Court towards the confessional statement of Kallu Ram wherein he has stated that since childhood, he was not interested in reading and writing but, he entered into the love marriage with

On the day of incident, he returned to the house and demanded some food but, as he found that his wife was eating something, out of rage, he picked up Khanti and assaulted on her head led to her death. After death, he hide the dead body in the Banswadi and fled away. In view of the statement of Kallu Ram, the husband, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi (Patna) in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as also subject to condition that whenever the police will call the petitioners for investigation/interrogation, they will remain present and if they would not present themselves, the privilege of grant of anticipatory bail shall be deemed to have been canceled.
