2. The present application has been preferred: for modification of order dated 26.03.2025 passed in MJC No. 1346/2024 by this Court.

3. Let the defect(s) pointed out by the office be

Patna High Court MJC No.1709 of 2025(3) dt.10-10-2025 2/2 ignored.

4. This Court has gone through the order and do not find anything to be changed. So far as the criminal antecedent of Shivanand Das and the Sharda Devi not being the resident of that locality is/are concerned, paragraph 7 has recorded it and in continuation of that, this Court makes it clear that anyone with dubious character/criminal antecedent/not being resident of that locality cannot be part of any committee as already recorded in the case of Santosh Kumar Jha Vs. State of Bihar (CWJC No. 17322 of 2022).

5. The file stands consigned.
