Petitioner is not named in the first information report but he was arrested with truck laden with liquor for which Arwal P.S.Case No.261 of 2014 was registered but after nine months of his arrest in the aforesaid case, he has been remanded in the present case also. Petitioner has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court in Arwal P.S.Case No. 261 of 2014. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
