The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 49 of 2014 registered under Sections 363 and 365 of Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner has kidnapped the son of the informant for the purpose of marriage with his daughter and kept him concealed in the house of the petitioner. It is submitted that the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. under the pressure of his father. It is further submitted that, though, informant has named the petitioner but he is not eye witness to the occurrence.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, in connection with Sarmera P. S. Case No. 49 of 2014.
