The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 399/402/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner along with another accused was apprehended and, from the possession of the petitioner, one loaded country-made pistol with cartridges was recovered. It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 13.09.2014. Co-accused Lalo Pandit has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10465 of 2015. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing and the petitioner has got only one criminal case pending against him.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for about 7 months, the

No.11486 of 2015 (2) dt.03-04-2015 2/2 above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Danapur, Patna in Khagaul P.S.
