The petitioner, who is in custody since 22.6.2014 in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.276 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 379, 120(B)/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted that one of the co -accused who was driver of the truck namely, Shiv Sah has already been granted bail by the court below itself.

In view of nature of accusation as well as the fact that one of the co- accused has been extended the privilege of bail and the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted, let the petitioner namely Manoj Kumar Sinha be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10000 (rupees ten thousand) with two
