No doubt, the victim has not been recovered as yet but according to the prosecution case itself, the petitioner was working as Khalasi of the vehicle on which victim was being taken by other co-accused.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- VI, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Mehasi P.S.Case No. 150 of 2015.
