The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 515 of 2013 (Tr. No.11/14) arising out of Motipur P.S. Case No. 98 of 2013 registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of Ist Addl. Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Muzaffarpur. The prayer of the petitioner for bail was earlier rejected on merit on 28.03.2014 vide Cr. Misc. No. 40074 of 2013 by this Court.
