2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 365/2024, arising out of Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 590/2023 dated 15.08.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the co-accused persons are alleged to have killed the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of a golden chain (2 bhar) and a motorcycle as dowry.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case.

The petitioner neither demanded any dowry nor tortured the informant's daughter. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged offence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner was indulged in killing the daughter of the informant by hanging. There is a ligature mark found on the neck of the deceased. It is further submitted that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased who used to torture the deceased. Earlier the regular bail application of the petitioner has been rejected by this Court vide order dated 01.05.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31207 of 2024.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Bhojpur in connection with S. Tr. No. 365/2024, arising out of Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 590/2023.
