JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. In huge quantity Mahua flowers were recovered from a vehicle but the driver of the aforesaid vehicle managed to flee away from the place of occurrence. In course of investigation, it came to light that the aforesaid vehicle was being driven by the petitioner at the time of alleged occurrence. Petitioner is in jail custody since 30.11.2015 Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, Bihar in connection with Amba P.S.Case No. 77 of 2015.
