Petitioner is in jail custody since 13.2.2015 in a case registered under sections 147, 149, 384, 406, 420,120B, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is that he got sanctioned loan from the bank on the basis of documents of informant's wife as informant's wife had given the said documents to the petitioner reposing faith on him.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Araria P.S. Case no. 454/2014.
