The petitioners are accused in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No. 328 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 447 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation of informant Akhtar Hussain is that in course of ploughing the field, petitioners, Rajai Mian and Hasnain Mian caused injury to the informant with iron rod on his head and Hussnain Mian assaulted to the father of the informant, Ahmad Hussain with iron rod on his head. Thereafter, the petitioners and other co-accused persons caused injury indiscriminately to the informant and his father.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49790 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 petitioners submits that occurrence took place due to land dispute in between the parties, in which informant and his father have sustained injury. It is also submitted that petitioners are in custody since August, 2014.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Bagaha P.S.
