This revision application has been filed for setting aside the judgment dated 5.11.2014 passed by the District & Sessions Judge, Buxar in Criminal Appeal (Juvenile) No.50 of 2014, by which he has affirmed the order dated 1.8.2014 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Buxar in J.J.B. No.526 of 2014 arising out of Buxar (T) P.S. case No.29 of 2014, by which he has refused to release the Petitioner.
The Petitioner seeks release in J.J.B. No.526 of 2014 arising out of Buxar (T) P.S. case No.29 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Juvenile Justice Board, Buxar.
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.77 of 2015 dt.19-03-2015 2/2 In view of the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to release the petitioner.
The application stands rejected.
The Juvenile Justice Board, Buxar is directed to conclude the enquiry expeditiously.
