The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 8, 20, 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

800gms ganja was recovered from the shop of the petitioner. It appears that smaller quantity of ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner has remained in jail for more than 15 days. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,
