JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Kharagpur P.S.Case No. 04 of 2005, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger stands rejected.

However, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger is directed to commit the case of the petitioner to the court of session in accordance with law without any delay and after commitment, the Sessions court should expedite the trial of the petitioner.
