The petitioner is named in the FIR and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioner. So far as deceased is concerned, it was co-accused- Gandhi Paswan, who assaulted him though Post Mortem Report of the deceased does not support the allegation. Moreover, co-accused Gandhi Paswan has already been granted privilege of bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri
