The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 420, 468 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was apprehended along with staff of Visiontek company. It is submitted that different papers etc. were recovered. The petitioner is not the staff of Visiontek. Nobody complained of having been cheated by the petitioner. Co-accused Narendra Prasad Singh has already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
