The petitioner is in custody since 08.01.2022 in connection with Excise Case No. 15 of 2022registered for offences under Section 30(a) of Bihar prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

There is alleged recovery of 35 liters from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has 15 antecedents in which eight cases are of similar nature and he is in custody since 08.01.2022 he shall be released on bail after framing of charge or on completion of one and half year in custody whichever is later on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33966 of 2022(2) dt.20-08-2022 2/2 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge II, Sheikhpura in connection with Excise Case No. 15 of 2022.

The petitioner will visit the concerned Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
