JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are not named in the first information report and from perusal of the impugned order, it would appear that except confessional statement of co-accused, Baliram Baidh, there appears to be nothing against these petitioners, who do not have any criminal antecedent. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2439 of 2016 (2) dt.28-01-2016 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 938 of 2015.
