The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 83 of 2025 instituted for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352 & 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

As per prosecution case, accusation against the petitioner is that he allegedly attacked and abused the father of the informant with a knife in an inebriated condition causing injuries to his stomach and neck.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 23-03-2025. Petitioner bears two criminal antecedents, as per disclosure made in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40042 of 2025(4) dt.08-09-2025 2/2 paragraph No. 3 of the bail application.

It has been further submitted by the petitioner's counsel that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. As per allegation against the petitioner, he assaulted the father of the informant by means of knife, but injury is opined by the doctor to be simple in nature. Charge sheet has already been submitted in this case.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner. 7.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, period of custody of the petitioner and charge sheet being submitted, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 83 of 2025.
