This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 420, 406, 364/34, 120B and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was instrumental in booking the truck which lost in transit and not trespassed. The petitioner himself remains absconder for 17 years.

A report has been received from the trial Court whereunder it has been reported that the two witnesses have been examined in the case.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with S. T. No. 25 of 2015 arising out of Sadar P.S. Case No. 65 of 1997 pending in the Court of 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Purnea.
