Petitioner and one Laddu Yadav are said to have assaulted the injured who sustained grievous as well as simple injuries but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that co-accused Laddu Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by this court. Petitioner is in jail custody since 03.12.2015 and he does not have any criminal antecedent. Investigation of this case has already been completed against some co-accused whereas supplementary investigation against the petitioner is going on. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A. Kumar II, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura/ concerned court in
