Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that out of Rs.2,2,0100/-, an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- has been paid to the informant / opposite party no.2 and rest of the amount will be paid to him within three weeks from today. In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the order dated 18.06.2014 passed in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7437 of 2021(3) dt.17-02-2021 2/2 Criminal Miscellaneous No. 1600 of 2014 is modified to the extent that if the petitioners pay the rest amount, as stated hereinabove, within a period three weeks from today, the aforesaid order dated 18.06.2014 will remain intact, otherwise the benefit granted to the petitioners will be treated to have been withdrawn.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
