The petitioner, who is in custody since 31.05.2014 in Khodawanpur P.S. Case No.124 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b) a/26/35 of the Arms Act, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was falsely implicated in the present case and recovery of one country-made pistol and four cartridges were shown. He submits that the petitioner is in jail since 31.05.2014. It was submitted that co-accused Dilip Yadav having almost similar accusation has been granted bail.

Keeping in view the nature of accusation and period of
