04-03-2015 Heard Sri Arjun Prasad, learned counsel for petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Two petitioners, who are in custody in S.C/S.T Nawada P.S. Case No. 36 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(x) of the Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, has prayed for grant of bail.
It was submitted by learned counsel for petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated and they are in custody since 26-10-2014.
Keeping in view the nature of accusation and period
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49425 of 2014 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 of custody, let both the petitioners, namely; Raj Kumar Yadav and Ghongha @ Shishupal Yadav @ Shishupal Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with S.C/S.T Nawada P.S. Case No. 36 of 2014.
