JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have opened fire on informant, but admittedly, neither informant nor any other person sustained injury and so far as recovery of loaded counter made pistol is concerned, the same was recovered by private person. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No.157 of 2015.
