JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Both the petitions have been heard together and are being disposed of by this common order.

These are the petitions for regular bail for the offence under Section 25 (1-B)A, 25 (1-A), 25(1-AA), 26(i), (ii),

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1950 of 2015 (3) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 (iii) and 35 of the Arms Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they are in jail since 12.7.2014.

The learned counsel for the petitioner Md. Rabbani submits that there is one case to his credit under Section 307 and allied sections of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner Pappu Yadav submits that he has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M.,Munger, in Muffasil P.S.Case No.137/14.
