Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences under section 147, 148, 149, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration that specific allegation of opening fire is against co-accused Dhanesh Singh and petitioner is said to be member of the unlawful assembly, petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with Chiksaura P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015.
