After some argument, Mr. Nilendra Kumar Chaudhary, learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that time is important and as lots of water has flown down the Ganges, the case has lost its force and as such he may be given liberty to approach the appropriate authority as and when required. In view of the said fair submission put forward by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
