JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 04-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing for Vigilance.

Petitioner was apprehended while accepting Rs.20,000/- as bribe in token of permitting electric connection to one Md.Etwari Mian. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 14.10.2014.

Taking into account the nature of allegation and misusing his official status and coercing a peasant to come in his toe, do not justify his prayer for bail. Hence, his prayer for bail, for the present, is rejected.
