JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be father in law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 06.02.2015 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the informant of this case in the trial of other accused did not support the prosecution story and accepted that he has compromised the case by his own sweet will.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
