2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for the non compliance/willful disobedience of the order dated 04.01.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Court in C.W.J.C No.

17249/2015 by which order disposed of the writ application granting liberty to the petitioner to

Patna High Court MJC No.1619 of 2024(3) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 present himself before the district magistrate, Madhepura (respondent no. 3) within a period of four weeks from today along with all the supporting documents. If such representation is filed, the matter shall be taken up by the concerned respondent and disposed of his representation expeditiously."

3. Mr. Dinesh Prasad Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to challenge the order in question.

4. Learned counsel representing the opposite party submits that the said liberty is always there to act in accordance with law before an appropriate forum.

5. Granting said liberty, MJC No. 1619 of 2024 stands disposed of.
