JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 414 of 2013 registered under Section 392 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that F.I.R. is against unknown. It is further submitted that there is neither any recovery from the possession of the petitioner nor petitioner has been identified or put on T.I. Parade.

Learned counsel for the State however opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that petitioner has been made accused in nine cases except this case and he is veteran criminal. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that out of nine cases, the petitioner has been made accused only one case and in eight cases he has been falsely implicated by the police as petitioner has filed a complaint case against the Officer-in-Charge. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
