The case is registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 113 of 2022. In the FIR, the informant has made specific allegation against the petitioner that she opened fire causing instant death of her mother.

Taking into account the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner and the bail application is hereby rejected.
