Petitioner is not named in the FIR but it is stated in course of the investigation, he was arrested and confessed his guilt leading to recovery of stolen tractor. I.O. has mentioned in para-41 of the case diary about seizure of stolen tractor and thereafter at para-43 the confessional statement of the petitioner was recorded. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is languishing in jail custody since long.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
