According to the prosecution case itself, it was petitioner who gave information regarding dead body of the deceased and handed over cell phone of the deceased to the informant and it appears from perusal of the impugned order that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that even after completion of investigation, no cogent evidence either direct or circumstantial has come to show involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjib Kumar, Judicial
