This application for anticipatory bail arises out of RPF Bapudham Motihari P.S. Case No. 01 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Section 124(A) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3 of RPUP Act.

The petitioner has been dealing in stolen articles of the Railways, which have been seized from his shop. It has been claimed that the petitioner is working in the shop but, this will not absolve the petitioner of criminal liability.

In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42864 of 2021(2) dt.19-05-2022 2/2 grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
