Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 397 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this court vide orders dated 25.01.2019 and 29.02.2020 as contained in Annexure-2 and 3. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3573 of 2021(2) dt.22-09-2021 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing of bail bail of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 397 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/- U T
