2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 82 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-B)(a)/26 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner has misused the privilege of bail granted by the Court below. He is in custody since 21.11.2024.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge, if the charge has not already been framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40194 of 2025(2) dt.09-07-2025 2/2 the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 82 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors should be close relative of the petitioner.

6. After being released on bail, the petitioner is directed to mark his attendance at Rampur Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default of appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
