JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 28-01-2015 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 149 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B) (a) and 26 of the Arms Act. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this court on 21st July, 2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 18652 of 2014.

For the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order dated 21st July, 2014, I find no ground to take a different view of the matter.

In that view of the matter, the application is dismissed.
