2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 302, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per F.I.R., on the alleged date and time, the informant got an information that some unknown miscreants killed her husband.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner surfaced during course of investigation. Petitioner is in custody since 17.08.2024. No T.I.P. has been held. Chargesheet has been submitted. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by coordinate Benches of this Court, vide orders annexed as Annexure P/2 Series to this bail petition.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the period of custody and the fact that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Patna in connection with Sri Krishnapuri P.S.
