====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

There is allegation of demand of dowry and on non-fulfillment of the same subjecting to cruelty. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail custody since 13.10.2014 and has already divorced her wife.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50006 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 378 of 2012, subject to the condition that the bail bond shall be accepted on satisfaction of the trial court that dower and other dues after divorce has been returned by the petitioner to the opposite party no. 2.
