Petitioner is in custody in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 153 of 2018 under sections 25(1-b), 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that from the possession of the petitioner one country made pistol and live cartridges were seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 7.11.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than nine months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
