This writ petition is being filed for setting aside the order dated 10.02.2017 passed by Collector, Gopalganj Confiscation (Excise) Case No. 57 of 2016 arising out of Excise Case No. 202 of 2016 whereby and whereunder the vehicle i.e. motorcycle has been confiscated under section 58(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016 and further directed to get the vehicle auctioned under Section 58(5) of the Act.
