The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 457, 380 and 411 of Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. is against unknown but recovery has been made from the possession of this petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due recovery has been made but T.I. parade has not been conducted.
