The petitioner being the father of the husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 06.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 328, 304B and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant within six months of the marriage. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant has also admitted that the victim was given medical assistance. During post-mortem no external injury was found and viscera has been preserved. It is further submitted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5564 of 2015 (02) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 that the doctor has not found any resisting injury during postmortem. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 163 of 2014.
