JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, again I am not inclined to release him on bail and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No.43 of 2015 pending in the court of Sri Abhay Srivastav, J.M. Ist Class, Sherghati, Gaya stands rejected. However, the trial court should conclude the trial of the petitioner as early as possible.
