The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Amba P. S. Case No. 103 of 2019, dated 18.11.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise

Liquor is said to have been recovered from a vehicle which is stated to be of the petitioner. This is the basis for prosecuting the petitioner in the instant case. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the vehicle in question was sold by the petitioner much prior to the institution of the present case.

Considering the afore-stated facts and also taking into account the fact that the petitioner is an MBBS Doctor and a lady, she is directed to be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, VII - cum - Special Judge (Excise), Aurangabad, in connection with Amba P. S. Case No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33576 of 2020(2) dt.12-03-2021 3/3 103 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
