It appears that one country made loaded pistol, one cartridge and some documents were recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent as it is evident from para 3 of this petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D.K.Tiwary, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Saran at Chapra/concerned court in Chapra Town P.S. Case no. 278/2014.
